Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by Seed of Zeal Limited.

1. Any cancellations made after products have been shipped will not be refunded. The cancellation window is between 11 AM and 12 noon, Monday to Friday. However on Saturday and Sunday cancellations can be made at any time.

2. Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the goods and food safety precautions.

3. Cupkiksh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Cupkiksh website.
