Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery is to be expected when stated but is not guaranteed. You will be able to track all deliveries, once your email has been sent across. We use the DPD or Royal Mail delivery service that has proved very reliable over the years but in very rare instances a delivery has not been made within the stated hours or on the day expected. Cupkiksh will do all that they can to assist in tracking the delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control. If you are not in, your parcel will be left in what is deemed by the driver to be a safe place. Any special delivery requests will be communicated to the courier, however we cannot guarantee that these actions will be followed. Note that there are no collections or deliveries on Bank Holidays or Weekends. Cupkiksh will not refund or replace damaged, undelivered, lost or disposed of orders after orders have been shipped.

Delivery Restrictions

We require all orders to be delivered to a UK mainland address, that is manned and available to accept parcels between 08:00 and 20:00 daily. We will take no responsibility for consignments that perish or go missing due to ‘no one being in’ to accept the delivery on the specified delivery day.


Amending Online Orders That Have Already Been Placed.

Due to our packing schedule and multiple collections, unfortunately, we can only amend orders before 11 AM, after it has been placed.
